中国省域新型城镇化差异及其内部系统的协调发展研究

【摘要】 该文组成4个的系统评价体系对中国30个省市的新型城镇化水平进行综合评价与协调耦合研究。运用因子分析、聚类分析和熵值法,结果发现:在新型城镇化的综合得分排名上,北京市得分最高,广东、上海、江苏紧随其后;在新型城镇化经济发展因子上,北京、广东、上海、江苏、得分靠前,其余省市得分较为居后;在服务与基础设施发展因子上,北京市排名第一,全国有16个省市得分均为负值;在城镇生态环境发展因子上,浙江、山东、湖北、江西、云南和贵州省得分较高,而四川、河南等得分上为负值;在城镇技术发展因子方面上,北京、广东、江苏、上海得分较高,而有4个省份城镇技术发展紧随其后。据综合评价结果,提出了提高全国省市新型城镇化水平的对策建议。

【Abstract】 This paper comprehensively evaluates the new urbanization level of 30 provinces and cities in China and conducts coordinated coupling research on the four systems that constitute the evaluation system. Factor analysis, cluster analysis and entropy method are used. The results show that in the comprehensive ranking of new urbanization, Beijing scored the highest, followed by Guangdong, Shanghai and Jiangsu. In the new urbanization economic development factor, Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, scored high, tight Following Liaoning, Zhejiang, Fujian, Chongqing, Hunan, and Tianjin, the remaining provinces and cities scored more in this respect; in terms of service and infrastructure development factors, Beijing ranked first in service and infrastructure, with 16 in the country. The scores of provinces and cities are negative; in the urban ecological environment development factors, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hubei, Jiangxi, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces score higher, while Sichuan and Henan have negative values in ecological environmental factors; In terms of technological development factors, Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, and Shanghai scored higher, and 4 provinces followed closely. According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation, countermeasures and suggestions for improving the level of new urbanization in provinces and cities across the country are put forward.
