基于RCM的电梯设备维修决策研究
Research on Elevator Equipment Maintenance Strategy Based on RCM
【摘要】 针对目前电梯设备维修方式盲目、维修成本高、效率低的问题,采用RCM理论对电梯设备维修决策进行研究。首先,从安全性、经济性、维修难易程度、检测难易程度四方面出发,综合考虑电梯设备维修方式影响因素,维修方式包括事后维修、视情维修和定期维修三种,利用层次分析法确定主观权重并结合模糊综合判断法建立设备维修方式决策模型。其次,基于设备寿命的威布尔分布,分别以维修费用最小和可用度最大为原则,建立了设备预防维修周期决策模型,并结合两个原则进一步优化最佳预防维修周期。最后,通过实例分析表明,上述方法能够对电梯设备维修方式和维修周期进行有效决策,进而为制定电梯RCM维修大纲提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of blind maintenance mode, high maintenance cost and low efficiency of elevator equipment, RCM theory is studied to research the maintenance decision of elevator equipment. Firstly, considering the security, maintenance complexity, economy, value of equipment, maintenance including posterior maintenance, on-condition maintenance and periodic maintenance, using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive judgment method to establish equipment maintenance decision model. Secondly, based on the Weibull distribution of equipment life, the decisionmaking model of equipment preventive maintenance cycle is established according to the principle of minimum maintenance cost and maximum availability, and the optimal preventive maintenance cycle is further optimized by combining the two principles. Finally, an example is shown that the above methods can make effective decisions on the maintenance of elevator equipment, thus providing theoretical basis for the establishment of elevator RCM maintenance program.
