【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(RITP)患者巨核细胞、血小板变化情况,进而探讨中西医结合治疗RITP的临床疗效。方法将69例ITP患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组33例,治疗组应用补脾养肝消癜汤加减治疗,1剂/d,水煎服,同时联合应用小剂量泼尼松,20～30 mg/d,随着病情好转逐渐减量至停用;对照组应用泼尼松1～2 mg/(kg·d),随着病情好转逐渐减量至维持剂量长期口服,效果不好者加用免疫抑制剂,两组疗程均为90天,观察两组的临床疗效。结果在血小板提升、骨髓产板巨核细胞变化和治疗有效率方面,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合辩证治疗ITP具有一定的临床优势,且安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the changes of megakaryocytes and platelets in patients with refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(RITP)treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine,and to explore the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on RITP. METHODS 69 ITP patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(36 cases)and the control group(33 cases). Prednisone 1～2 mg/(kg·d)was used in the control group,and the dosage was gradually reduced to the maintenance dose for a long time as the disease improved,and immunosuppressive agents were added to those with poor effects. The treatment course of both groups was 90 days,and the clinical efficacy of these two groups was observed. RESULTS The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of platelet elevation,changes in megakaryocytes of bone marrow placenta,and treatment efficiency. CONCLUSION It is safe and effective to treat ITP with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.更多还原
