【摘要】 目的了解珠海市居民健康素养状况及其影响因素,为今后制定有效的健康教育干预策略提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取珠海市3 909名15～69岁常住居民进行健康素养问卷调查。结果珠海市居民健康素养水平为23.9%,其中基本知识理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本技能3个方面素养水平分别为43.1%、17.8%和29.2%。6类健康问题素养水平由高到低分别为安全与急救素养(64.8%)、科学健康观素养(50.7%)、健康信息素养(36.0%)、基本医疗素养(27.8%)、传染病防治(24.6%)和慢性病防治(20.4%)。logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、职业、家庭人口数和家庭年收入是珠海市居民健康素养的重要影响因素。结论珠海市居民健康素养水平高于全国居民健康素养水平,但仍需进一步提高,应根据重点人群特点开展有针对性干预,并加强对慢性病性防治等薄弱健康知识点的健康教育,以提高居民健康素养水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the health literacy status of residents in Zhuhai and its influencing factors,and to provide scientific basis for formulating effective intervention strategies for health education in the future. METHODS A questionnaire survey on health literacy of 3 909 residents aged 15 to 69 years old in Zhuhai was carried out by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method. RESULTS The health literacy level of Zhuhai residents was 23.9%,the basic knowledge concept,healthy life style and behavior,basic skills were 43.1% 17.8% and 29.2% respectively. The health problem literacy were safety and first aid literacy(64.8%),scientific health literacy(50.7%),health information literacy(36.0%),basic medical literacy(27.8%),infectious disease prevention(24.6%)and chronic disease prevention(20.4%). The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,education,occupation,family population and annual family income were the important factors influencing the health literacy of Zhuhai residents. CONCLUSION The level of health literacy of residents in Zhuhai was higher than China,but it needed to be further improved. It was necessary to carry out targeted intervention according to the characteristics of key population groups and strengthen health education on weak health knowledge points such as the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,so as to improve the level of residents’ health literacy.更多还原
