【Abstract】 By analyzing the expression of SERPINA3 in GEO database and endometrial cancer tissue microarray, it was found that SERPINA3 was closely related to vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis. The apoptosis rate of SERPINA3 was significantly increased after interfering with RNA by targeting small fragment interference. We believe that the expression of SERPINA3 gene is significantly up-regulated in endometrial cancer tissues, which is closely related to malignant biological behavior such as invasion and metastasis of endometrial cancer. In vitro cell experiments confirmed that SERPINA3 gene has the function of inhibiting apoptosis of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
