添加剂对籽粒苋与麦麸混合青贮品质的影响
Effects of Additives on the Quality of Mixed Silage with Amaranth and Wheat Bran
【摘要】 为了探究不同添加剂对籽粒苋与麦麸混合青贮品质的影响,本试验在籽粒苋与麦麸(质量比72%:28%)混合青贮中分别添加糖蜜、乳酸菌、纤维素复合酶、糖蜜+乳酸菌、糖蜜+纤维素复合酶、乳酸菌+纤维素复合酶、糖蜜+乳酸菌+纤维素复合酶、等量水为对照;青贮30d后开包取样并分析各项指标。结果表明,籽粒苋与麦麸混合青贮发酵品质和营养品质均较好。糖蜜+纤维素复合酶处理或糖蜜+乳酸菌+纤维素复合酶处理极显著降低了混合青贮的pH值、氨态氮/总氮、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.01);极显著提高了可溶性碳水化合物含量、V-score评分和相对饲用价值(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the effects of different additives on the quality of mixed silage withamaranth and wheat bran, molasses, lactic acid bacteria, cellulose complex enzyme, molasses + lactic acid bacteria, molasses + cellulose complex enzyme, lactic acid bacteria + cellulose complex enzyme, molasses + lactic acid bacteria + cellulose complex enzyme, and equal amount of water as a blank control group was added into mixed silage of amaranth and wheat bran(mass ratio of 72%:28%). The samples were unpacked and analyzed after 30 days of ensling. The results showed that fermentation quality and nutritional quality of mixed silage of amaranth and wheat bran were good. Molasses + cellulose complex enzyme treatment or molasses + lactic acid bacteria + cellulose complex enzyme treatment significantly reduced the pH value, NH3-N/TN, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content of mixed silage(P<0.01), and significantly increased water-soluble carbohydrate content, V-score and relative feed value(P<0.01).
