不同化学药剂对武陵假俭草种子萌发的影响

【摘要】 武陵假俭草是四川省审定的草坪草新品种,其在自然条件下种子发芽率低,不利于大面积建植和推广。采用氢氧化纳、高锰酸钾、浓硫酸、硝酸钾(NaOH、KMnO4、H2SO4、KNO3)和赤霉素(GA3)五种不同化学药剂处理种子,结果表明:用浓度为50g/L的NaOH溶液浸泡种子5min能显著提高种子萌发效果,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数为90.67%、70%和43.81,显著高于对照(P<0.05);其次为赤霉素处理,发芽率达83.33%;其他处理均能一定程度地提高种子发芽率。

【Abstract】 Eremochloa ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling is a new variety of turfgrass that has been approved by Sichuan province. It has the characteristics of resistance to barren, long green period and extensive management, so it has high value for lawn. However, E. ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling has low seed germination rate under natural conditions, which is not conducive to large-scare planting and promotion. In order to compare the effects of different chemical treatments on seed germination of E.ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling, NaOH, KMnO4, H2SO4, KNO3 and GA3 were used to treat the seeds. The results showed that soaking seeds in NaOH solution with concentration of 50 g/L for 5 minutes could significantly improve germination effects of seeds. The germination rate, germination potential and germination index of seeds were 90.67%, 70% and 43.81, which were significantly higher(P<0.05) than that of the control, followed by gibberellin(GA3) treatment, the germination rate was 83.33%. The treatment with KMnO4, H2SO4, KNO3 also can enhance the germination rate of E.ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling, the germination rate were 62%, 67.33% and 70.67%, respectively. Therefore, considering seed germination rate, cost of medicament and operation efficiency, it was suggested that the seeds should be soaked in 50 g/L NaOH solution for 5 minutes in order to improve the germination rate of the E. ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling seeds.
