【摘要】 目的探讨使用一次性小儿肠套叠灌肠复位包联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉治疗小儿肠套叠的观察与护理。方法选取2016年5月1日-2017年5月31日某院收治的小儿肠套叠患者80例,按照数字表法将其随机分为两组,对照组应用空气灌肠复位并配合鲁米那进行镇静治疗,研究组应用水压灌肠复位联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉治疗,分析临床治疗效果。结果研究组复位成功率高于对照组(P=0.013),两组患者转开腹发生率无明显差异(P=0.713),但研究组稍低于对照组;研究组复位时间、大便隐血持续时间以及患者住院时间少于对照组(P=0.023,P=0.043,P=0.041);研究组并发症少于对照组(P=1.014);研究组满意度高于对照组(P=0.037);研究组业务水平、护理态度、心理干预以及健康宣教非得分均高于对照组(P=0.024,P=0.037,P=0.015,P=0.013)。结论在针对小儿肠套叠的治疗过程中,采用一次性小儿肠套叠灌肠复位包联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉治疗可以提高治疗效果,缩短复位时间,更有利于患儿机体恢复,提高患儿家长对于治疗的满意度,临床上应当进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the observation and nursing of intussusception in children treated with intussusception hydrostatic enema combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia.Methods 80 cases of pediatric intussusception patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method.The control group was treated with air enema reduction and combined with rumina for sedative treatment,and the research group was treated with water pressure enema reduction combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia to analyze the clinical treatment effect.Results The success rate of reduction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.013),There was no significant difference in the incidence of laparotomy between the two groups(P=0.713).The reduction time,fecal occult blood duration and hospitalization time of the study group were less than those of the control group(P=0.023,P=0.043,P=0.041).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the study group and the control group(P=1.014),but the study group was slightly lower than the control group.The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.037).The non-scores of business level,nursing attitude,psychological intervention and health education in the research group were all higher than those in the control group(P=0.024,P=0.037,P=0.015,P=0.013).Conclusion In the treatment of intussusception in children,intussusception hydrostatic enema combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia can improve the treatment effect,shorten the reduction time,more conducive to the body recovery of children,and improve the family members’ satisfaction with the treatment,which should be further promoted and applied clinically.更多还原
