【摘要】 目的探索客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在新入科实习生岗前技能考核中的应用效果,以促进医院临床实践教学规范化、标准化、科学化。方法随机将进人医院临床实习的2014级60名医学生分为实验组和对照组各30人。实验组采用基于OSCE的培训方法进行岗前培训,对照组按照传统的教学方法进行。岗前培训结束后统一进行OSCE考核,同时对实习生与考官进行问卷调查。利用SPSS20.0统计软件将最终的考核成绩和问卷调查结果进行统计分析。结果实验组的OSCE考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;问卷调查显示大多数受访者对考试时间的安排、内容的难易程度等方面均呈满意态度,OSCE有助于对临床技能的掌握,可有效反映出学生的临床能力。结论对实习生进行OSCE的岗前技能培训与考核,可以明显提高实习生的临床技能水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore the application effect of OSCE in pre-job skills training and assessment of new interns, and in order to promote the standardization, standardization and scientization of clinical practice teaching in our hospital. Methods Sixty medical students of grade 2014 who were about to enter our hospital for clinical practice were randomly divided into experimental group and control group on average. The experimental group received pre-job training based on OSCE, while the control group received traditional teaching methods. After the pre-job training, OSCE assessment was carried out uniformly, and questionnaire survey was conducted on interns and examiners. SPSS20. 0 statistical software was used to statistically analyze the final assessment results and questionnaire survey results. Results The OSCE assessment results of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The questionnaire survey shows that most interviewees are satisfied with the arrangement of examination time, the difficulty of content and other aspects. OSCE is conducive to the mastery of clinical skills and can effectively reflect the clinical ability of students. Conclusions The pre-job skills training and assessment of OSCE for interns could significantly improve the clinical skills of interns.更多还原
