【摘要】 目的探讨miR-485-5p在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用qRT-PCR检测76例鼻咽癌和28例鼻咽部黏膜组织中miR-485-5p的表达,并结合临床信息,统计分析其表达水平与鼻咽癌患者临床病理参数的相关性。结果 miR-485-5p在鼻咽癌组织中的表达较鼻咽部黏膜组织显著下降(P<0.05);同时miR-485-5p低表达与鼻咽癌患者的淋巴结转移密切相关(P=0.001),而与鼻咽癌患者的年龄、性别、T分级和TNM分期无明显相关(P> 0.05)。结论本研究表明miR-485-5p为转移相关基因,可能在鼻咽癌转移中发挥了重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-485-5p in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods The expression of miR-485-5p in 76 specimens of NPC and 28 of nasopharyngeal epithelial tissue was detected with qRT-PCR, and the correlations between the expression and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed statistically.Results The expression of miR-485-5p was decreased in NPC tissues when compared with nasopharyngeal epithelial tissues(P<0.05). Low expression of miR-485-5p was closely associated with the lymph node metastasis in NPC patients(P=0.001), while not statistically associated with patients’ age, gender, T classification and TNM stages of NPC(all P>0.05).Conclusion As a metastasis-associated gene,miR-485-5p may play an important role in metastasis of NPC.更多还原
