【摘要】 随着电力体制改革的不断推进,配电变压器的入网检测对电网的安全、可靠运行起着至关重要的作用。基于智能电网建设的需要,应加强对配电设备的入网前全性能检测,提前发现安全隐患,为电网的安全、稳定运行提供可靠的保障。配电变压器入网试验涵盖绝缘耐压、极性组别、空载负载、温升试验和雷电冲击试验等,整个试验过程复杂、影响因素较多。为了提高配电变压器入网检测评估能力,针对传统试验评估方法中存在的各类问题,以准确度、响应时间、最小可分辨温差等参数为基础,采用数字接口的衔接技术实现配电变压器智能检测设备的自动化检测与评估,提高配电变压器各类试验的准确性,解决配电变压器入网试验的全性能评估的技术问题。试验结果表明,相对于传统方法,基于无线局域网的配电变压器智能试验技术在正确率、鲁棒性上均更优,具有更广的应用前景,可为配电网的安全、稳定运行提供数据保障。

【Abstract】 Along with the continuous advancement of electric power system reform,the network access detection of distribution transformers plays a vital role in the safe and reliable operation of the power grid. Based on the needs of smart grid construction,full-performance testing of power distribution equipment before network access should be strengthened,and potential safety hazards should be discovered in advance,to provide reliable protection for the safe and stable operation of the power grid. The network access test covers insulation withstand voltage,polarity group,no-load load,temperature rise test and lightning impulse test; the whole test process is complicated and the influencing factors are more. In order to improve the ability of detection and evaluation for the network access detection of distribution transformers in power grid,aiming at the various problems existing in traditional test and evaluation methods,based on the parameters of accuracy,response time and minimum distinguishable temperature difference,the automatic detection and evaluation of intelligent detection equipment of distribution transformer is realized by digital interface connection technology,to improve the accuracy of various types of distribution transformer tests,and to solve technical problems of full performance evaluation technologies. The test results show that compared with the traditional method,the intelligent test technology of distribution transformer based on wireless local area network is better in correct rate and robustness,and has wider application prospects,which can provide data guarantee for safe and stable operation of distribution network.
