室内可燃气体浓度检测报警与显示系统

【摘要】 为实现对可燃气体泄漏的及时报警,设计了室内可燃气体浓度检测报警与显示系统。系统的上位机负责检测气体报警等故障和发送命令指令,下位机实时检测电源和继电器故障,上下位机依靠RS232串口互传信息。为保证系统稳定可靠运行,提出改进的CRC校验规则、监控帧握手机制和丢帧处理机制。经过上下位机的多次联调测试,结果显示该系统能够及时响应故障报警,且无误报警和漏报警发生。由此表明该系统具有稳定性和可靠性。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve timely warning of leakage of flammable gas,this paper designs an alarm and display system for indoor combustible gas concentration detection. The upper computer of the system is responsible for detecting gas alarm and other faults or sending commands,and the lower computer detects power and relay faults in real time,the upper computer and the lower com puter rely on RS232 serial port to transmit information. In order to make the system more stable and reliable,the design proposes improved CRC check rule,monitoring frame handshake mechanism and frame loss processing mechanism. The results of multiple joint test of the host computer and lower computer show that the system can respond to the fault alarm in time and no false alarms and leak alarms. It shows that the system has stability and reliability.
