可控负荷对直流配电网的电压波动抑制策略

【摘要】 光伏、风电等可再生能源装机容量增长快速,而其较大的功率波动势必影响系统的安全稳定和运行稳定。直流配电网凭借着对新能源接入的便利性等优势,成为未来配电网的发展方向之一,其稳定运行策略是一个亟待解决的问题。以包含新能源和多种可控负荷的直流配电网为研究对象,提出一种抑制电压波动的策略。该策略加入可控负荷这一调压自由度,对不同的可控负荷进行分类建模,利用不同可控负荷不同的响应特性,协同完成对配电网电压的稳定控制。使用仿真软件搭建两端配电型直流配电网仿真平台,验证了所提电压波动抑制策略的有效性。

【Abstract】 The installed capacity of renewable energy such as photovoltaic and wind power is increasing rapidly,and its large power fluctuation will inevitably affect the security and stability of the system. With the advantages of convenient access to new energy,DC distribution network will become one of the development directions of future distri bution network,and its stable operation strategy is an urgent problem to be solved. A strategy to suppress voltage fluctuation in DC distribution network with new energy and controllable loads is proposed. This strategy incorporates the degree of freedom of voltage regulation of controllable load,classifies and models different controllable loads,and uses different response characteristics of different controllable loads to coordinately control the voltage stability of distribution network. A simulation platform of two-terminal DC distribution network is built by using simulation software,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed voltage fluctuation suppression strategy.
