电池管理系统中无线数据传输技术的研究

【摘要】 为解决电池管理系统中有线数据传输适应性差、布线繁杂、维护不便等问题,根据抗干扰能力和低功耗的要求,提出了一种基于ZigBee网络的无线传输方式,并应用于动力电池管理系统中。在研究网络拓扑结构的基础上,选择并建立了无线星型网络;通过干扰试验验证无线传输技术的可靠性。试验结果表明,该无线数据传输技术具有可靠、准确、简便、易维护等优点,可以满足多种电池信息采集及传输场合的需求。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the wired data transmission shortcomings of poor adaptability,complicated wiring and inconvenient maintenance in battery management system(BMS),according to the requirements of anti-jamming capability and low power consumption,a wireless transmission mode based on ZigBee network was proposed and applied in power battery management system. On the basis of studying the network topology,the wireless star network was selected and established. The reliability of the wireless transmission was verified by the interference experiments. The experimental results show that the wireless data transmission has the advantages of reliability,accuracy,simplicity and easy maintenance,which can meet the needs of various battery information acquisition and transmission occasions.
