基于DSP的交流传动MMC电容电压检测系统
Design of Capacitor Voltage Detection System for AC Drive MMC Based on DSP
【摘要】 为满足适用于交流传动的模块化多电平换流器MMC预充电控制及子模块电容电压波动抑制对子模块电容电压测量的需求,设计了一套快速、高精度的MMC子模块电容电压检测系统。该系统以TMS320F28335型DSP芯片为主控制器,其硬件电路包括电压检测电路、信号调理电路、通信电路、主控制器等;通过2片MAX11131型A/D芯片实现MMC三相6个桥臂共30个子模块电容电压的测量。试验结果显示,所设计电路可以满足MMC电容电压的检测需求。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of AC drive modular multilevel converter pre-charge control strategy and sub-module capacitor voltage fluctuation suppression strategy for sub-module capacitor voltage measurement,a fast and high-precision MMC sub-module capacitor voltage detection system is designed. This system is based on DSP controller-TMS320 F28335,and its hardware circuit includes voltage detection circuit,signal conditioning circuit,communication circuit,main controller and so on. The capacitance voltage of 30 sub-modules of MMC 6 bridge arms is realized by two A/D chips-MAX11131. The experimental results show that the designed circuit can meet the MMC capacitor voltage detection requirements.
