转子支承系统临界转速概率分析的随机响应面法
A stochastic response surface method for probability analysis of critical speeds of a rotor systems
【摘要】 为分析不确定因素影响下转子系统临界转速的概率分布规律,提出一种基于随机响应面的转子支承系统临界转速概率分析方法。该方法从临界转速与转子系统力学不确定参数的隐式函数关系入手,使用临界转速的随机响应面替代Campbell图,避开了使用Campbell图直接进行临界转速概率分析的困难。对典型双转子支承系统临界转速概率分析验证了该方法的准确性和高效性。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the probability distribution of the critical speeds of rotor systems influenced by uncertainties, a method based on stochastic response surface was proposed. The implicit function relationship between the critical speed and the uncertain parameters of the rotor system was approximated. By using stochastic response surface of the critical speed, the Campbell diagram was replaced to avoid the difficulties of directly using it to perform the stochastic critical speed analysis. The analysis of stochastic critical speed of a typical dual-rotor system verified the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method.
