基于PLC与ZigBee无线监控的风光互补海水淡化装置研制

【摘要】 针对传统海水淡化装置体积庞大、耗能严重、成本较高,且对环境造成一定的影响的缺点,旨在设计出一套利用新能源绿色高效的紧凑型淡化装置。设计以三菱PLC为主控制器,利用风光互补发电为海水淡化装置供能,对自然资源进行开发利用。装置能控制智能向光、各方位受风、自动切换风光模式,提高了对太阳能、风能的利用率;同时,装置能感知环境,具备把花瓣式太阳能电池板与风叶收合下降进行"自我保护"的功能,延长装置的使用寿命;通过ZigBee技术对装置的信息进行采集与利用、监视与控制,促进信息时代的发展,提高管理效率。

【Abstract】 In the view of the traditional desalination device, which is bulky, energy-intensive, higher cost, and has a certain impact on the environment, it aims to design a desalination device, which utilizes new energy sources and is compact and green efficient. The device is designed with Mitsubishi PLC as the controller, which uses wind-solar complementary power generation to supply energy to the desalination device, and develops and utilizes natural resources. The device can control the intelligent light and feel the wind in all directions, automatically switches the wind and light mode, thereby improving the utilization rate of solar energy and wind energy; at the same time, the device can sense the environment and has the function of "self-protecting" by folding down the petal-type solar panel and the fan blade to extend the service life of the device; through the ZigBee technology, the information collection, utilization, monitoring and control of the device promote the development of the information age and improve management efficiency.
