多肉植物补光镜PLC控制系统
PLC Control System of Mirror for Succulent Illumination Compensation
【摘要】 本文设计了基于三菱PLC的多肉植物补光镜控制系统,系统由阳光检测阵列、雨水检测模块、两轴舵机云台反光镜装置、电动收放装置、LED补光灯和人机接口(HMI)构成。阳光检测阵列检测阳台内的光照度信息,当阳光直射时,无需补光,系统自动收回反光镜装置;当非阳光直射时,系统自动推出反光镜装置,并根据光照度信息实时地调整反光镜的光线入射角,将阳光反射到阳台内,进行阳光自动补光。系统还具有雨水检测功能,下雨时系统自动收回反光镜装置,并打开LED补光灯,进行室内补光;当雨停时,关闭LED补光灯,推出反光镜装置,继续进行阳光自动补光。实验结果表明,系统实现了自动补光,达到预期,满足设计要求。
【Abstract】 PLC control system of mirror for succulent illumination compensation is designed in this paper. The system consists of sunlight detection array, rain detection module, two-axis servo platform mirror, linear actuator, LED light and Human-Machine Interface(HMI). The sunlight detection array is used to detect the illuminance information. When the sunlight shine directly into the balcony, the illumination compensation is no need, so the mirror is retracted automatically. When the sunlight can’t shine directly into the balcony, the mirror is launched automatically, and according to the illuminance information, the light incident angle of the mirror is adjusted in real time and the sunlight is reflected into the balcony, thereby the succulent illumination compensation is realized automatically. With the rain detection function, the system can retract mirror automatically and light LED when raining, and close LED and launch mirror automatically when rain stopped. The experimental results show that the system achieves automatic illumination compensation, which has reached the expectation and meets the design requirements..
