基于三菱RH-3CH4018的团扇刺绣机器人设计
Design of a Fan Embroidery Robot Based on MITSUBISHI RH-3CH4018
【摘要】 为了更好地将传统文化和现代智能产业相结合,本项目提出一种智能团扇刺绣装置。本装置以工业绣花机的原理为基础,进行大幅智能改造,采用三菱四轴工业机器人作为主体,扩展出两个附加轴驱动伺服电机,从而替代复杂的机械结构,协同工作完成下针刺绣、旋梭旋转、染线的配合。电脑作为上位机,进行数字图像识别及路径规划,相应算法采用Visual C#和Matlab混合编程。上位机实时接收机器人反馈信息,在Visual Studio搭建人机交互界面中对当下工作状态进行显示,让大众可以通过智能产品来重拾对传统文化的热情,品味传统和创新的结合。
【Abstract】 In order to combine traditional culture and modern intelligent industry better, this project proposes a intelligent embroidery device. The device on the basis of the principle of computer embroidery machine, adopt MITSUBISHI four shaft industrial robot as the main body, extending out two additional shaft drive servo motor to replace complicated mechanical structure, working together to complete the embroidery needle, hook rotary and dyeing line. PC is used as the upper machine to finish digital image recognition and path planning, and the corresponding algorithm by using Visual c # and Matlab mixed programming. PC receives real-time feedback from the robot, builds human-computer interaction interface in Visual Studio to display the current working state, so that the public can regain their enthusiasm for traditional culture through intelligent products, and experience the combination of tradition and innovation.
