注塑机保压控制非线性系统模型的建立与应用

【摘要】 在注塑机保压控制段中,由于聚合物熔体是黏弹性熔体,压力的传递不能像固体那样均匀一致,因此保压实际压力的分布是不均匀的;而且,随着保压过程的进行,熔体温度及密度等参数随时间不断发生变化,这会导致保压压力出现较大的波动。另外,材料因素、结构性因素、注塑成型过程工艺、工况等条件的变化都会导致保压过程具有强烈的非线性的特质。因此,将此保压过程转换成非线性系统模型并且将其线性化,应用在贝加莱注塑机控制系统中,可对保压压力有更准确的控制。

【Abstract】 During packing pressure control of injection molding, the packing pressure distribution is not uniform due to the fact that the polymer melt is a viscoelastic melt and the actual pressure relay is non-uniform; With the processing of packing pressure,the melt temperature and the density parameters also changes,which in turns lead to a larger packing pressure fluctuations. In addition, the material, the structural, the injection molding process and the change of working condition will also result in nonlinearity of the packing pressure process. As a result, when apply in the B&R control system, it will be more accurate of transforming the packing pressure process into nonlinear system and linearize it.
