【摘要】 目的通过对咽鼓管副耳畸形的临床特性,组织病理学特征的回顾,探讨其诊断及鉴别诊断。方法收集2018年2月于西安交通大学第一附属医院病理科诊断的1例咽鼓管副耳畸形,分析其临床病理特征并进行随访,同时收集目前国内外已报道的2例咽鼓管副耳畸形并回顾总结其临床病理特征。结果咽鼓管副耳畸形发生于幼儿及儿童,女性多见,左侧多见,临床多以持续性耳漏进行诊疗;肿块长度2～5.5 cm,切面质实,中心可见软骨环;组织学上,表面为角化的鳞状上皮,含有皮肤附属器,中心软骨环为弹性软骨,弹力纤维染色可见软骨中有纵横交错的弹力纤维。结论咽鼓管副耳畸形是一种罕见的先天畸形,弹性软骨对其有诊断意义,手术切除后预后佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical and histopathological features of the malformation of accessory tragus in the eustachian tube, and its diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods One case of the malformation of accessory tragus in the eustachian tube was diagnosed in the Department of Pathology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiao Tong University in February 2018 and its clinicopathological features were analyzed with follow up. At the same time, 2 cases of the malformation of accessory tragus in the eustachian tube which reported at home and abroad in the literature were collected and their clinicopathological features were reviewed and summarized. Results The malformation of accessory tragus in the eustachian tube occured mostly in female infants and young children. The left was more commonly found. Most patients come to the hospital because of continuous otorrhea. The size of the lump was 2 cm to 5.5 cm, the cut surface was solid, and the cartilage ring was seen on center of the section. Histologically, the surface of the lump was a keratinized squamous epithelium with skin appendages. The central cartilaginous ring was an elastic cartilage. Elastin staining showed that there were staggered elastic fibers in the cartilage. Conclusions The malformation of accessory tragus in the eustachian tube is a rare congenital deformity. Elastic cartilage is of great significance in the diagnosis of the disease. The prognosis is better after surgical excision.更多还原
