香港与内地蔬菜农药残留限量标准比对研究及大湾区食品标准体系建设思考

【摘要】 在国家重点建设和发展粤港澳大湾区的背景下,本研究选择香港和内地的主要蔬菜品种为研究对象,对两地重点蔬菜产品涉及的农药残留限量指标及限量值规定进行综合比对分析,研究两地蔬菜农药残留限量标准的差异情况,为两地蔬菜质量安全管理和风险防控提供参考,对大湾区食品标准体系建设提出思考与建议。

【Abstract】 The development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area is the focus of China’s construction projects. In this study we chose the main vegetable varieties in Hong Kong, China and the Mainland of China as research objects. The pesticide residue limit standards of some important vegetable products were comprehensively analyzed and the differences of pesticide residue limit standards between Hong Kong, China and the Mainland of China were shown in detail. At the end of this article, practical suggestions are promoted for vegetable safety and quality management and risk prevention.Some reference were put forward for the construction of food standard system of Greater Bay Area.
