【Abstract】 The development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area is the focus of China’s construction projects. In this study we chose the main vegetable varieties in Hong Kong, China and the Mainland of China as research objects. The pesticide residue limit standards of some important vegetable products were comprehensively analyzed and the differences of pesticide residue limit standards between Hong Kong, China and the Mainland of China were shown in detail. At the end of this article, practical suggestions are promoted for vegetable safety and quality management and risk prevention.Some reference were put forward for the construction of food standard system of Greater Bay Area.更多还原
