基于引文内容的多维度科技创新路径构建与可视化研究

【摘要】 通过挖掘科技论文中引文的引用位置、引用时间、引用主题、引用路径等相关信息,结合天然引文路径,构建一个多维度科技创新路径并进行可视化分析。首先,利用python网络爬虫获取xml格式论文全文数据,通过正则表达式抽取出xml论文中的引用位置、引用内容等信息,并对相关信息进行统计分析;然后,分别利用C-value和TF-IDF算法对引文内容进行主题抽取,综合两种算法的优势对研究主题进行表征;最后,利用Gephi从引用位置、引用时间、研究主题等多维角度可视化展示出抗衰老领域的科技创新路径。通过对抗衰老领域实证研究证明该方法有效的识别并多维度直观展示出了代表知识继承和演化发展的科技创新路径。

【Abstract】 By mining citation location,citation time,citation topic,citation path and other related information in scientific and technological papers,and combining with it the natural citation path,a multidimensional scientific and technological innovation path is constructed and a visual analysis presented in this paper.Firstly,Python crawler is used to obtain full-text data of XML-formatted papers,and regular expressions are used to extract the citation location and content of XML papers,and the relevant information is analyzed.Then,C-value and TF-IDF algorithms are used to extract the citation content respectively,and the advantages of the two algorithms are integrated to characterize the research topics. Gephi visualizes the path of scientific and technological innovation in the field of anti-aging from the perspectives of citation location,citation time and research topics. Empirical studies in the field of anti-aging show that this method is effective in identifying and visualizing the path of scientific and technological innovation that represents the inheritance and evolution of knowledge.
