动车组整车气密性试验优化
Optimization of Gas Tight Test of EMU
【摘要】 针对动车组制造及检修过程中整车气密性试验需要列车解编、操作工艺复杂、效率低等问题,设计了密封门与支撑架,优化了试验流程,在动车组不解编的前提下,实现了一次安装后两侧车厢均可进行气密性试验的要求。对密封门与支撑架的结构进行了介绍,对优化前后的整车气密性试验进行了分析。优化后提高了动车组整车气密性试验的效率,实现了降本增效。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the challenges for air tight test such as train de-grouping, complicated operation process and low efficiency that should be faced during manufacturing and maintenance process of EMU, the air tight door and the supporting frame were designed and the test flow was optimized. The air tight test for both sides of the coach could be carried out without EMU de-grouping after one-step installation. The structure of the air tight door and the supporting frame was introduced,and the air tight test of the whole train before and after optimization was analyzed. After optimization, the efficiency of the air tight test of the EMU was improved, and the cost reduction and efficiency increase were realized.
