杭白菊重要害虫的发生动态及温度效应

【摘要】 杭白菊是浙江省最具地域特色的传统中药材之一,但关于杭白菊害虫为害情况及其影响因素的研究报道较为缺乏。本文调查了浙江省杭白菊的主要害虫种类及其温度效应。结果表明杭白菊上害虫种类分属4目14科。其中,棉蚜(Aphis gossypii)是优势种,绣线菊蚜(A. citricola)为首次报道的为害种类。不同温度显著影响棉蚜和绣线菊蚜的存活,25℃时,棉蚜的净增殖率、内禀增长率和周限增长率最大,种群加倍时间最短;20℃时,绣线菊蚜的净增殖率、内禀增长率和周限增长率最大,种群加倍时间最短。

【Abstract】 Dendranthema morifolium is an important traditional Chinese herbal medicine plant with regional characteristics in Zhejiang province, which is seriously damaged by insect pests. Few studies were reported on the occurrence of insect pests and their impact factors. The investigation of main insect pests was carried out and effect of temperature on them was studied. The results showed that the insect pests on D. morifolium belonged to 14 families of 4 orders, with Aphis gossypii as the predominant species and A. citricola as first reported on D. morifolium. Different temperatures significantly affected the survival of A. gossypii and A. citricola. Optimum temperature for development of A. gossypii and A. citricola was 25 ℃ and 20 ℃, respectively, in which they appeared the highest net reproductive rate, intrinsic growth rate, finite rate of increase and shortest doubling time for population.
