基于ANSYS Workbench锥形封头大开孔有限元分析
Based on ANSYS Workbench Conical Head Finite Element Analysis of Large Opening
【摘要】 锥形封头的受力状况比圆筒复杂,因而标准[1]规定:等面积法最大开孔直径dop≤Di/3(Di为开孔中心处的锥壳内直径)。但工程上常出现超此范围开孔情况。标准[2]的附录E,同时给出了采用局部结构应力分析和评定的处理办法。本文即以此为基础,基于ANSYS Workbench解决某钙液蒸发室锥形封头大开孔问题。
【Abstract】 Force status conical head than the cylinder complex, so standards: equal-area law the maximum hole diameter dop≤Di/3(Di is cone shell diameter opening at the center.). But engineering often appear over this range opening situation. Standard Appendix E, also given the use of the approach of local structural stress analysis and assessment. This paper as a basis, a calcium-based ANSYS Workbench solve liquid evaporation chamber conical head large hole.
