【Abstract】 A 50-year-old male presented with multiple keratinized plaques on the right heel for one year. Dermatology examination showed three grey brown clumps of hyperplasia on the right heel with rough and uneven surface,visible fissures without exudation. Histopathology showed hyperplastic squamous epithelium in an obtuse angle infiltrating all round and some pleomorphism with a lot squamous eddies inside. The diagnosis of verrucous carcinoma was made.更多还原
