【摘要】 目的探究健步虎潜膏联合外科舒筋洗中药熏药治疗早期膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取本院骨伤科2016年1月—2018年1月收治的60例早期膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,分为对照组30例和观察组30例。对照组单独采用外科舒筋洗中药熏洗配合常规措施治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合健步虎潜膏治疗,比较2组临床治疗效果和治疗前后的Lequesne评分。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率为73.33%(22/30),观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,对照组和观察组Lequesne评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月、3个月和6个月后,观察组Lequesne均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健步虎潜膏联合外科舒筋洗中药熏药治疗早期膝骨性关节炎效果明显,可促进患者膝关节疾病症状的缓解和改善,从而促进患者的健康恢复,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of Jianbu Huqian Ointment combined with surgical Shujin wash and Chinese herbal fumigation on the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 early knee osteoarthritis patients who underwent surgery from January 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in this study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases per group.The control group was treated with surgical Shujin wash and Chinese herbal fumigation together with conventional measures and the observation group was treated with Jianbu Huqiang Ointment in the baseline of the control group.The clinical curative effect and Lequesne score before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%(22/30)and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30).The rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Lequesne score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1-month,3-month and 6-month treatment,the Lequesne in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianbu Huqian Ointment combined with surgical Shujin wash and Chinese herbal fumigation is effective for treating early knee osteoarthritis and can promote the relief and the improvement of knee joint disease symptoms,thus promoting the recovery of patients’ health and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
