一种基于萘酰亚胺衍生物的H2S荧光探针
H2S Fluorescent Probe Based on Naphthalimide Derivative
【摘要】 硫化氢(H2S)是继CO和NO之后发现的第三种重要的气体信号分子,其成为化学与生物学领域研究的热点。然而,H2S在生物体内的浓度水平与其生理和病理功能息息相关,因此发展高选择性检测H2S的荧光探针成为研究者的首要任务之一。为了实现对H2S准确检测,设计并合成了一种以萘酰亚胺衍生物为荧光团,以叠氮基团为识别为点的H2S荧光探针。通过探针对H2S的识别研究,发现探针表现出优良的传感特性:包括水溶性好、高灵敏度、高选择性等。此外,细胞成像实验证明探针有很好的细胞膜通透性并可以检测活细胞内源性和外源性的H2S。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen sulfide( H2S) is the third important gas signal molecule discovered after CO and NO. However,the concentration level of H2S in vivo is closely related to its physiological and pathological functions,so the development of fluorescence probes for the highly selective detection of H2S has become one of the primary tasks of researchers. In order to accurately detect H2S,a H2S fluorescent probe with naphthalimide derivatives as fluorophore and azide groups as recognition points was designed and synthesized. Through the probe identification of H2S,it was found that the probe showed excellent sensing characteristics,including good water solubility,high sensitivity and high selectivity. In addition,cell imaging experiments demonstrated that the probe had good membrane permeability and could detect endogenous and exogenous H2S in living cells.
