乳化沥青破乳过程热效应分析
Study on the exothermic reaction of emulsion asphalt during demulsification
【摘要】 乳化沥青在破乳过程中通常伴随着吸放热现象,为研究不同类型乳化剂在乳化沥青破乳过程中的热效应特性,制备了慢裂慢凝(MM)、慢裂快凝(MK)、中裂(ZL)和快裂(KZ)4种类型的乳化沥青,并分别对其进行差示扫描量热分析试验.试验结果表明:4种乳化沥青在-10~10℃出现第一个吸热峰,峰值分别为4.4,2.4,2.0,1.8℃; 4种类型乳化沥青的最大吸热峰分别为76.0, 88.4, 67.0, 63.6℃,此时乳化沥青完成了破乳过程;吸热峰值可用来表征乳化沥青的热稳定性,吸热峰值越大,则乳化沥青的热稳定性越高,说明需要更多的能量用于破乳过程.本文方法可定性评价不同乳化沥青的破乳性能.
【Abstract】 Emulsified asphalt is usually accompanied by the phenomenon of heat absorption and desorption during demulsification. In order to study the thermal effect characteristics of different types of emulsifiers in the emulsion demulsification process. slow-cracking and slow-coagulation(MM), slow-cracking and quick-coagulation(MK), medium cracking(ZL) and fast cracking(KL) are prepared and subjected to differential scanning calorimetry analysis. The results show that the first obvious endothermic peaks appear in the range of-10~10 ℃ for the four emulsified asphalts, with the peak values of 4.4, 2.4, 2.0, 1.8 ℃, respectively. In addition, the peaks of the maximum endothermic peak of the four types of emulsified asphalt are 76.0, 88.4, 67.0, 63.6 ℃, respectively, and emulsification of asphalt should be completed at this stage. The endothermic peak can be used to characterize the thermal stability of the emulsified asphalt. The higher the endothermic peak, the higher the thermal stability of the emulsified asphalt. This indicates that more energy is used in the demulsification process. The method of this paper can qualitatively evaluate the demulsification performance of different emulsified asphalts.
