乙型肝炎病毒感染患者T细胞亚群及IL-6水平的表达及临床意义
Expression and Clinical Significance of T-cell Subsets and IL-6 Levels in Patients with Hepatitis B Virus Infection
【摘要】 目的:探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者T细胞亚群及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的表达及其临床意义。方法:选择2012年1月至2017年1月本院收治的HBV感染者286例,同时选取同期体检健康者60例作为对照组,实时荧光定量PCR法测定HBV感染者血液中HBV-DNA载量,应用流式细胞仪检测各组T细胞亚群分布,应用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组血清IL-6水平。结果:对照组、急性乙型肝炎组、慢性乙型肝炎组、乙型肝炎肝硬化组的CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞、CD8+细胞、CD4+细胞/CD8+细胞、HBV-DNA载量及IL-6之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关分析显示,HBV感染者CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞、CD4+细胞/CD8+细胞、HBV-DNA载量与IL-6呈正相关,CD8+细胞与IL-6呈负相关。结论:HBV感染者随疾病进展CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞和CD4+细胞/CD8+细胞显著降低,CD8+细胞、IL-6显著升高,T细胞亚群和IL-6水平与疾病类型和HBV-DNA载量有密切关系。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of T cell subsets and interleukin-6( IL-6) levels in patients with hepatitis B virus( HBV) infection and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 286 patients with HBV infection admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were selected. Meanwhile,60 healthy persons were selected as control group. The HBV-DNA load in blood of HBV-infected patients was measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,T-cell subsets were detected by flow cytometry,and serum IL-6 levels in each group were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results There were significant differences in CD3 cells,CD4 cells,CD8 cells,CD4 cells/CD8 cells,HBV-DNA load and IL-6 between control group,acute hepatitis B group,chronic hepatitis B group and hepatitis B cirrhosis group( P<0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis showed that CD3 cells,CD4 + cells,CD4 + cells/CD8 + cells and HBV-DNA load were positively correlated while IL-6,while the count of CD8+ cells was negatively correlated with IL-6.Conclusion In HBV-infected patients,CD3 + cells,CD4 + cells and CD4 + cells/CD8 + cells significantly decreased,while CD8+ cells and IL-6 were significantly increased. T cell subsets and IL-6 level were closely related to the type of disease and HBV-DNA load.
