【摘要】 目的探讨强化护理措施对老年糖尿病合并皮肤病溃疡患者的临床干预效果。方法选取山东省郓城县人民医院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的糖尿病伴皮肤溃疡患者86例,根据不同护理方法分为两组,对照组(n=43)给予常规护理,观察组(n=43)在对照组基础上给予强化护理,对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后溃疡愈合率、创面皮肤动脉血氧张力以及溃疡完全愈合时间。结果两组患者临床疗效95.35%vs69.77%对比差异明显(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后7 d、14 d、28 d溃疡愈合率对比差异明显(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后7 d、14 d创面皮肤动脉血氧张力对比差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者溃疡完全愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上给予强化护理能有效促进皮肤溃疡创面愈合,因此值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with skin ulcer.Methods86 patients with diabetes mellitus and skin ulcer admitted to Yuncheng County People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=43) was given routine nursing,while the observation group(n=43)was given intensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ulcer healing rate before and after treatment,skin arterial oxygen tension were compared between the two groups.And the healing time of the ulcer.Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups was 95.35% vs 69.77%(P <0.05).The healing rate of ulcer was significantly different between the two groups on the 7 th,14 th and 28 th day after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the oxygen tension of cutaneous artery between the two groups on the 7 th and 14 th day after treatment(P <0.05).The healing time of ulcer in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,intensive nursing can effectively promote the healing of skin ulcer wounds,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
