应变式压杆灵敏系数的静态和动态标定

【摘要】 为提高应变式压杆测试压力的精度,提出了应变式压杆灵敏系数的静态和动态标定方法,建立了相应的实验装置,并对直径为4mm的应变式压杆的灵敏系数进行了实验标定,分析了实验灵敏系数与理论灵敏系数之间的差异。结果表明,静态和动态标定的灵敏系数间的相对偏差小于4%,动态标定结果高于静态标定结果,主要是由附加质量造成的。理论灵敏系数与静态标定的灵敏系数之间差别较大,二者的相对偏差在7%~8%。

【Abstract】 To improve the pressure measurement accuracy of the strain type pressure bar,the static and dynamic methods of calibrating its sensitivity coefficient are proposed,and a corresponding experimental device is also developed.The sensitivity coefficient of the strain type pressure bar with diameter of 4 mm is calibrated experimentally.The difference between the sensitivity coefficient obtained by experiment and that calculated by theory is analyzed.The results show that the relative deviation between the sensitivity coefficients of static calibration and dynamic calibration is less than 4%,and the dynamic calibration result is higher than that of static calibration,which is mainly caused by the additional mass.The theoretical sensitivity coefficient is different from the sensitivity coefficient of the static calibration,and the relative deviation between them is 7%to 8%.
