高功率准分子激光技术及其应用
High Power Excimer Laser Technology and Its Applications
【摘要】 回顾了国际上高功率准分子激光技术的发展历史;详细介绍了美国海军实验室研制的5kJ氟化氪准分子激光装置NIKE的关键技术,叙述了NIKE在惯性约束聚变研究和高能量密度物理研究中的主要应用;介绍了俄罗斯科学院强流电子学研究所和列别捷夫物理研究所合作研制的基于氟化氙(C-A)激光放大器的混合型可见光超短高功率激光系统;总结了国内高功率准分子激光技术发展概况,主要介绍了西北核技术研究院基于角多路和光束平滑技术研制的高功率准分子激光系统及其近期应用;评述了高功率准分子激光的发展前景。
【Abstract】 The development history of high power excimer laser technology in the world is reviewed.The key technologies for 5 kJ NIKE krypton fluoride(KrF)laser facility in Navy Research Laboratory(NRL)of USA are introduced in detail.The applications of NIKE on Inertial Confinement Fusion(ICF)research and high energy density physics research are described.The hybrid ultra-short high power laser system of visible range with xenon fluoride(XeF)(C-A)output amplifier developed by High Current Electronics Institute(HCEI)and P.N.Lebedev Physics Institute(LPI)of Russia is introduced.The development of native high power excimer laser technology is summarized.The high power xenon chloride(XeCl)laser system based on angular-multiplexing and beam smoothing technology developed by Northwest Institute of Nuclear Technology(NINT)is introduced,and the recent applications of this system are also given briefly.The future of high power excimer laser is remarked.
