水射流增压器往复密封件疲劳寿命分析
Fatigue Life Analysis of Reciprocating Seals for Water Jet Supercharge
【摘要】 水射流增压器内超高压往复密封件易发生疲劳断裂,迫使水射流系统停机维护,造成一定经济损失。应用ABAQUS和FESAFE对密封件建立有限元模型并进行联合仿真,找到密封件最易产生疲劳裂纹的危险点。对比UHMWPE与PA6两种不同材料的密封件在不同压力下的疲劳寿命,为密封件结构设计和材料选择提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 The ultra-high pressure reciprocating seals in the water jet supercharger are prone to fatigue fracture,which forces the water jet system to stop and maintain,resulting in a certain economic loss. To find the most dangerous point of fatigue cracks,the finite element model of the seals was established by ABAQUS and FE-SAFE. Comparing the fatigue life of two different materials of UHMWPE and PA6 under different pressure,it provides a reference for structural design and material selection of seals.
