【摘要】 目的:了解复旦大学附属金山医院(以下简称"我院")儿科门诊抗菌药物的使用情况,为合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:调取2018年4—6月我院儿科门诊全部处方32 029张,其中含有抗菌药物的处方10 983张,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院儿科门诊抗菌药物处方占我院儿科门诊总处方数的34.29%。10 983张抗菌药物处方中,处方平均用药品种数为2种,二联应用抗菌药物处方60张(占0.55%);共涉及抗菌药物18种,其中非限制使用级抗菌药物10种,限制使用级抗菌药物8种,无特殊使用级抗菌药物;头孢菌素类、大环内酯类抗菌药物的使用较多,使用例次数排序居前3位的药品为头孢地尼、头孢呋辛和阿奇霉素;青霉素类抗菌药物的使用较少。结论:我院儿科门诊抗菌药物使用率偏高,第3代头孢菌素使用较多,还需多方面宣传抗菌药物的合理应用,遏制细菌耐药情况,确保患儿用药安全、有效和经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application status of antibiotics in pediatric outpatient prescriptions from Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"), so as to provide reference for the rational application of antibiotics. METHODS: From Apr. to Jun. 2018, 32 029 prescriptions were collected from the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital, including 10 983 prescriptions qith application of antibiotics. Statistical analysis was conducted on the application of antibiotics. RESULTS: The prescription of antibiotics in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital accounted for 34.29% of the total number of prescriptions in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital. Among the 10 983 antibiotic prescriptions, there was an average of 2 drugs per prescription and 60 pieces(0.55%) of double combinations of antibiotics. A total of 18 kinds of antibiotics were involved, including 10 kinds of non-restricted use grade antibiotics, 8 kinds of restricted use grade antibiotics, and no special use grade antibiotics. Cephalosporin and macrolides were used in large quantities, and the top three drugs ranked by application number were cefdianide, cefuroxime and azithromycin. And there was less application of penicillin antibiotics. CONCLUSIONS: The application rate of antibiotics in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital is on the high side, and the third generation of cephalosporin is widely used. Therefore, it is necessary to publicize the rational application of antibiotics in various aspects, to curb the bacterial resistance, and ensure the medication safety, effectiveness and economy of children.更多还原
