【摘要】 目的研究老年肺癌患者心理弹性(ME)特点及对应激障碍(SD)的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2018年12月我院收治的老年肺癌患者178例,以基线资料调查量表、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、应激反应问卷等工具展开问卷调查,并对问卷调查结果进行分析。结果本组患者ME量表总分低于国内常模(P <0. 05)。老年肺癌患者不同性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭收入及病理分期等力量维度、乐观维度、坚韧维度及ME总量表得分差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);体重指数、病灶分型、病灶位置及病灶类型等得分差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。经Pearson相关分析,老年肺癌患者ME各维度、ME总量表得分与SD各维度及SD总分间均存在负相关关系(P <0. 05)。性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、病理分期等均为导致SD的关键因素,ME水平高是SD的保护性因素。结论老年肺癌患者ME水平普遍偏低,加强其ME干预,提高ME水平,有助于缓解SD。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of mental elasticity( ME) of senile patients with lung cancer and its influence on stress disorder( SD).Methods We selected 178 senile patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January2014 to December 2018.Baseline information questionnaire scale,CD-RISC and stress response questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire survey,and the questionnaire results were analyzed.Results The total score of ME scale was lower than that of Chinese norm( P < 0. 05).There were significant differences in strength dimension,optimism dimension,tenacity dimension and ME total scale scores among the senile lung cancer patients with different gender,ages,education levels,marital status,family incomes and pathological stages( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in strength dimension,optimism dimension,tenacity dimension and ME total scale scores among the senile lung cancer patients with different body mass indexes,focus classifications,focus locations and focus types( P > 0. 05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between ME dimensions,total score of ME scale and stress disorder dimensions or total score of stress disorder scale of these patients( all P < 0. 05).Gender,age,education level,marital status and pathological stage were all key factors leading to stress disorder.High ME level was a protective factor of stress disorder.Conclusion The level of ME in senile lung cancer patients is generally low.Strengthening ME intervention and improving ME level can help to alleviate SD.更多还原
