蓝色延迟荧光材料及器件的研究进展

【摘要】 有机发光二极管(OLEDs)作为新一代的显示技术,因其启亮电压低、厚度薄、能效高、响应速度快等优点,而被世界各国研究人员所关注。有机电致发光材料及器件的发展一直备受关注,根据发光机理的不同,有机发光材料可以分为荧光材料和磷光材料。蓝色荧光材料作为OLEDs发展中的重要部分,拥有磷光材料无法比拟的优势,近年来成为研究热点。本文介绍了近年来国内外蓝色延迟荧光材料的研究进展,并展望了其发展前景和趋势。

【Abstract】 Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) have attracted extensive attention throughout the world due to their potential advantages in full-color flat-panel displays such as low voltage,weight,high efficiency and fast response,etc. The development of devices and materials has attracted more attention. According to different electroluminescent mechanism, the materials of OLEDs include fluorescent materials and phosphorescent materials. Recently,blue fluorescent materials become a hot spot in research and play an important role in the developing of OLEDs and possess much more superiority than phosphorescent materials.In this article,we described and summarized recent progress of blue delayed fluorescent materials. The trend and development were finally prospected.
