【摘要】 目的探讨临床药师在感染性心内膜炎患者合理用药中的作用。方法临床药师参与1例感染性心内膜炎患者个体化使用万古霉素的治疗过程,建议医师选择合适的抗感染药物,并根据治疗药物浓度监测、临床疗效和病情变化及时调整用药方案,提供个体化的药学服务。结果与结论临床药师为患者提供药学服务,提高了治疗依从性和临床疗效,减少了药品不良反应,能在合理用药中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the rational use of drugs in a patient with infective endocarditis.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a patient with infective endocarditis using vancomycin for individualized administration. They suggested that physicians should select appropriate anti-infective drugs,adjust the medication plan in time according to the blood concentration monitoring,clinical efficacy and changes in disease conditions,and they provided individualized pharmaceutical care for patients. Results and Conclusion Through providing pharmaceutical care clinical pharmacists can improve patients’ compliance and clinical efficacy,reduce adverse drug reactions,and they can play an important role in rational drug use.更多还原
