尿毒清颗粒联合苯溴马隆对高尿酸血症患者血管内皮功能及炎性反应的影响
Effect of Niaoduqing Granules Combined with Benzbromarone on Vascular Endothelial Function and Inflammatory Response in Patients with Hyperuricemia
【摘要】 目的探讨尿毒清颗粒联合苯溴马隆对高尿酸血症患者血管内皮功能及炎性反应的影响。方法选取医院2016年4月至2018年6月收治的高尿酸血症患者97例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)和研究组(n=49)。两组均在常规治疗基础上给予苯溴马隆片(50 mg,每日1次),研究组患者加用尿毒清颗粒(5 g,每日4次),均持续治疗12周。结果研究组总有效率为95. 92%,显著高于对照组的77. 08%(P <0. 05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后一氧化氮(NO)水平显著升高,内皮素-1(ET-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平均显著降低,且研究组上述指标改善均显著优于对照组(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率相当(16. 67%比12. 24%,P> 0. 05)。结论尿毒清颗粒联合苯溴马隆治疗高尿酸血症,对血管内皮功能、炎性反应均有较好改善作用,且不增加不良反应。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Niaoduqing Granules combined with benzbromarone on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory response in patients with hyperuricemia. Methods Totally 97 patients with hyperuricemia admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group( n = 48) and the study group( n = 49). The patients in the two groups were treated with Benzbromarone Tablets(50 mg,once a day) on the basis of routine treatment,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Niaoduqing Granules( 5 g,4 times a day). Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95. 92%,which was significantly higher than 77. 08% of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the level of nitric oxide( NO) in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,while the levels of endothelin-1( ET-1),hypersensitive C-reactive protein( hs-CRP) and serum amyloid A( SAA) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar( 16. 67 % vs.12. 24%,P > 0. 05). Conclusion Niaoduqing Granules combined with benzbromarone in the treatment of hyperuricemia has better effect on vascular endothelial function and inflammatory response without increasing the adverse reactions.
