【摘要】 目的探讨血必净佐治老年重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭的临床疗效及对患者氧化应激状态的影响。方法选取医院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的老年重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各43例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,研究组患者加用血必净治疗,均治疗14 d。结果研究组总有效率为97. 67%,明显高于对照组的83. 72%(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均明显升高,丙二醛(MDA)、8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)水平均明显降低(P <0. 05),且研究组均明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率相当(9. 30%比11. 63%,P> 0. 05)。结论血必净佐治老年重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭临床疗效良好,可有效改善患者血清氧化应激指标水平,提高总有效率,且不增加不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing Injection in the adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure and its effect on oxidative stress. Methods Totally 86 elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were given routine treatment,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Xuebijing Injection. The patients in the two groups were treated for 14 d. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97. 67%, which was significantly higher than 83. 72% of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment, the level of serum superoxide dismutase( SOD) in the two groups were significantly increased, while the levels of malondialdehyde( MDA) and 8-isomeric-prostaglandin F2α( 8-iso-PGF2α)were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),and those in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar( 9. 30% vs. 11. 63%, P > 0. 05).
