【摘要】 目的探讨自拟护肾合剂对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者肝肾功能及凝血功能的影响。方法选择医院2015年10月至2017年10月就诊的早期DN患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。两组患者均接受常规西医治疗,研究组患者加服护肾合剂。结果研究组总有效率为86. 00%,明显高于对照组的70. 00%(P <0. 05);治疗后,研究组患者肝肾功能指标及纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平均显著降低,活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)明显延长,且研究组变化幅度均较对照组更大(P <0. 05);两组不良反应发生率相当(10. 00%比16. 00%,P> 0. 05)。结论自拟护肾合剂联合西医治疗早期DN效果良好,可显著改善肝肾功能和血液循环,利于预后,且安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Hushen Mixture on hepatorenal function and blood coagulation function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy( DN). Methods Totally 100 patients with DN admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Hushen Mixture. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 86. 00%,which was significantly higher than 70. 00% of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment, the hepatorenal function indexes and the level of fibrinogen( FIB)were significantly decreased, the activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT) was significantly prolonged in the study group, and the changes in the study group were more significant than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups( 10. 00% vs. 16. 00%, P > 0. 05). Conclusion Self-made Hushen Mixture combined with Western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of early DN.
