【摘要】 目的提高社区老年人的用药依从性。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对黄石市某社区老年人200例进行用药依从性调查及分析。结果经χ~2检验及二分类Logistic回归分析,影响老年人用药依从性的不利因素有年龄较高、学历较低、无配偶、无照顾者、患慢性病种类较多、用药种类较多。结论建立医院-社区-家庭的延伸服务体系,制订符合老年人特性的用药指导、完善社会支持系统功能,可提高社区老年人用药依从性,提高用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the medication compliance of the elderly in the community. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the medication compliance of 200 elderly people in a community of Huangshi City. Results The results of χ2test and dichotomous Logistic regression analysis showed that high age,low educational background,no spouse,no medication caregivers,lots of chronic diseases and taking multi-kinds of medicine were the adverse factors that affected the medication compliance of the elderly. Conclusion Through the establishment of extended Hospital-Community-Family service system,formulation of medication guidance in line with the characteristics of the elderly,and improvement of social support system functions,the medication compliance and medication safety of the elderly in the community can be improved.更多还原
