【摘要】 目的构建职业核心能力评价指标体系,为安宁疗护专科护士的培养、任用和考核提供依据。方法运用文献分析法、调查研究法,初步构建评价指标体系;采用德尔菲法,进行两轮专家咨询论证,修订评价指标体系;运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果建立了由5个一级指标、11个二级指标、33个三级指标组成的安宁疗护专科护士职业核心能力评价指标体系。结论现代安宁疗护专科护士要具备较强的综合服务能力,其中专业护理能力和人文关怀能力尤为重要,优逝教育能力是目前安宁疗护专科护士职业核心能力的弱项,亟待加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish evaluation index system of professional core competence to provide basis for training,appointment and assessment of nurses specializing in hospice and nursing. Method Using the methods of literature analysis and investigation,the evaluation index system was preliminarily constructed. Using Delphi method,two rounds of expert consultation and demonstration were carried out, and the evaluation index system was revised. Using AHP the weight of indicators at all levels was determined. Result An evaluation index system was constructed for professional core competence of hospice care specialized nurses consisting of 5 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators. Conclusion Modern hospice and nursing specialist nurses should have strong comprehensive service ability,among which professional nursing ability and humanistic care ability are particularly important. The ability of education for the dead is the weakness of the core professional ability of hospice care specialized nurses,which needs to be strengthened urgently.更多还原
