【摘要】 目的围绕上海某三级医院在用周围神经缺损修复材料开展HB-HTA研究,探索HB-HTA对医院在用耗材规范管理的作用。方法以欧盟的HB-HTA手册为指导原则,以国家卫生健康委医疗管理服务指导中心HB-HTA试点的评估报告模板为研究框架开展研究。结果神经导管仅在修复短距离周围神经缺损时效果较好,同种异体材料修复长距离周围神经缺损效果较好。评估期间,创伤组进一步严格控制材料适应症,同种异体材料的使用比例有所下降,此类材料总体均价从12996元降到11189元。结论该HB-HTA研究模式可为临床合理使用耗材提供证据,有助于合理控费,能协助耗材管理科进一步规范耗材管理。闭环的HB-HTA评估应用更能提升管理效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To carry out HB-HTA of peripheral nerve defect repair materials used in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai,and to explore HB-HTA in management of medical consumables. Methods Taking the EU’s handbook for HB-HTA and HB-HTA template of Medical Management Service Guidance Center of National Health Commission as the guiding principle and research framework. Results The nerve conduit could only repair short-distance defect,while human acellular nerve graft could repair long-distance defect. During the assessment,trauma group further strictly controlled the indications. The proportion of human acellular nerve graft decreased,and average price for use of similar materials dropped from 12 996 yuan to 11 189 yuan. Conclusion The HB-HTA model can provide evidence for clinical rational use of consumables, help to reasonably control fees, and assist to further regulate management of consumables. The closed-loop HB-HTA application can improve management effect.更多还原
