【Abstract】 The hospital charter is an important content in the construction of modern hospital management system,and it is also the precondition and foundation to ensure the healthy development of hospital,which is of great significance for ensuring public welfare,standardizing hospital internal management and guaranteeing the independent management of the hospital according to regulations. Through summarizing the relevant practical experiences at home and abroad,the paper analyzes and discusses the similarities and differences of the establishment of hospital charter in different systems,and provides reference for establishing the modern public hospital charter which accords with the development demand of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
