【摘要】 目的观察地黄饮子对轻度阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能的影响。方法收集2017年12月～2018年12月就诊于北京中医药大学东方医院门诊及住院的50例轻度AD患者,随机化(采用抽签法)分为中药治疗组和西药对照组,各25例。两组均给予教育,中药治疗组口服地黄饮子加减,西药对照组口服安理申,比较入组当天和治疗后简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评测量表(MoCA)及日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分变化。结果治疗后,与西药对照组比较,中药治疗组MMSE量表中的计算力、回忆、语言分值以及总分显著提高(P <0.01);与西药对照组比较,中药治疗组MoCA量表中的视空间与执行功能、注意力、语言、延迟回忆分值以及总分显著提高(P <0.01),抽象思维分值也提高(P <0.05);治疗后,与西药对照组比较,中药治疗组ADL量表分值变化差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论地黄饮子可明显改善轻度AD患者的认知功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Dihuang Yinzi on cognitive function in patients with mild Alzheimer′s disease(AD). Methods From December 2017 to December 2018, 50 patients with mild AD were collected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of DongFang Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and they were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group by drawing lots, with 25 patients in each group. All the patients were given education. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was orally administrated with Dihuang Yinzi, while the Western medicine control group was orally administrated with Aricept. The scores of the Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE) scale, Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) scale and activity of daily living in the day of enroument and aftertreat ment were compared. Results After treatment, compared with the Western medicine control group, the calculation score, recall score, language score and total score of the MMSE scale in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were improved significantly(P < 0.01).After treatment, compared with the Western medicine control group, the visual space and executive function score, attention score, language score, delayed memory score and total score of the MoCA scale in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group increased significantly(P < 0.01), and abstract thinking score also increased(P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with the Western medicine control group, there was no significant difference in the score of ADL scale(P > 0.05). Conclusion The Dihuang Yinzi can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients with mild AD.更多还原
