【摘要】 三叉神经痛是功能神经外科常见的疾病之一,其严重影响了患者的生活及工作质量。目前,对于三叉神经痛的治疗方法有很多种,越来越多的学者提出经皮球囊压迫术对于三叉神经痛的治疗有一定疗效,且经皮穿刺球囊压迫术是治疗三叉神经痛外科手术中的唯一一种全麻下的创伤最小、耗时最短、舒适性最高的术式。本文围绕经皮穿刺球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛的发展历史、术后并发症及术式的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trigeminal neuralgia is one of the common diseases in functional neurosurgery. At present, there are various treatment methods for trigeminal neuralgia, and more and more scholars propose that percutaneous balloon compression has certain curative effect on the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. In addition, percutaneous balloon compression is the only surgical treatment for trigeminal neuralgia with the least trauma, the shortest time and the highest comfort under general anesthesia. In this paper, the development history, postoperative complications and surgical methods of percutaneous balloon compression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia were reviewed to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.更多还原
