【摘要】 目的探讨温针灸配合股直肌神经入肌点推拿点按疗法对不完全性腰膨大损伤患者下肢运动功能障碍的影响。方法选取2016年3月～2018年12月于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院及黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院推拿科、康复科和针灸科门诊及病房就诊的不完全性腰膨大损伤患者48例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(24例)及对照组(24例),观察组采用温针灸配合股直肌神经入肌点推拿点按疗法,对照组采用针刺治疗方案,比较两组治疗前后下肢运动功能、股直肌平均肌电值(AEMG)及日常生活能力。结果治疗后,两组的ASIA运动功能评分和Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均较治疗前明显升高(P <0.01),且观察组明显高于对照组(P <0.01)。治疗后,两组的股直肌AEMG和改良Barthel指数评分均较治疗前明显升高(P <0.01),且观察组明显高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论温针灸配合股直肌神经入肌点推拿点按疗法可通过改善不完全性腰膨大损伤患者股直肌的运动功能来提高下肢的运动功能及日常生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture combined with massage and point-pressing therapy at rectus femoris nerve entry point on lower limb motor dysfunction in patients with incomplete lumbar enlargement injury.Methods From March 2016 to December 2018, 48 patients with incomplete lumbar enlargement injury were selected from Massage, Rehabilitation and Acupuncture Clinics and Wards in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were divided into observation group(24 cases) and control group(24 cases) according to random number table method. Observation group was treated by warm acupuncture combined with massage and point-pressing therapy at rectus femoris nerve entry point, while control group was treated by acupuncture. The lower extremity motor function, average electromyogram(AEMG) of rectus femoris muscle and daily living ability of two groupswere compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, ASIA motor function score and Fugl-Meyer motor function score in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and observation group was significantly higher than that control group(P < 0.01). After treatment, AEMG and modified Barthel index scores of rectus femoris inboth groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.01), and observation group was significantly higher than that control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with massage and point-pressing therapy at rectus femoris nerve entry point can improve the motor function of rectus femoris in patients with incomplete lumbar enlargement injury to improve the motor function and daily living ability of lower limbs.更多还原
