【摘要】 医生职业道德建设对于构建优质高效的医疗保障体系,规范医务工作者职业行为,维护健康和谐的医患关系,提高全社会的医疗保障服务质量具有重要的意义。选取了美国、英国、加拿大等的国家医生职业道德建设为研究对象,从医学伦理道德专业组织建设、医生职业精神引领与职业道德准则指导等方面对其在医生职业道德建设中主要开展的工作进行了探讨,并就医学期刊在医生职业道德建设中的作用进行分析研究,以期为我国的医生职业道德建设提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of doctors’ professional ethics is of great significance for building a high-quality and efficient medical security system, regulating the professional behavior of medical staff, maintaining a healthy and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and improving the quality of medical security services in the whole society. The construction of doctors’ professional ethics in the United States, Britain, Canada and some other countries are studied from the medical ethics organization development, the doctor’s professional spirit guidance, etc. It has also been discussed and analyzed on the role of medical journals in the construction of doctors’ professional ethics in order to provide reference for the construction of doctors’ professional ethics in China.更多还原
